DR - Battle under Thunder Lake Mountain
The cave network proved an interesting challenge to the gamers! The Goblin warlord lead by Joshua took over all control of the Caves under Thunder Lake Mountains, however the Dark Elves were unable to destroy the elementals that controlled the Lake and it name givers!

Game 10 - Remas Legionnaires meet the Fimir
Legate Lutum had sent his Centurion Maximus with the taxes/loot they had take during the previous weeks to a local dwarf trading outpost. The weather had be awful for hours now leading the river to be impassable! (We used the weather table and the Fimir side was lucky!)
Maximus Villus, a Remas Centurion. His parents squandered the family fortune on drugs and mules, so Vilius left his family to restore honour to the family name.
The Fimir setup around the dwarven outpost, ready for the Remas convoy to attempt to cross the bridge.
The dwarves are known in this area for close connection to the Lord at Dungel Mine, therefore the fimir avoid drawing the wrath of the dwarf at all cost currently!
Fimir Cavalry charge ahead of the ambush in the hope to quickly disrupt the Remas Column! However the Remas Force are too well trained and quickly take advance of the lone Cavalry.

The Fimir Meargh casts a spells into the Remas elite troopers and regulars slaying many before her!

Finally the rains let off allowing the only remaining loot to get into the Dwarf compound across the stream.
Both sides lots significant numbers and will take some time to rally and recoup they numbers.
The Remas force managed to win, but the fimir Witch had turned a major Remas Win to a marginal win.
Each side retreated to lick they wounds. However the Remas Legionnaires were in hostile territory with little hope of reinforcements
Hopefully Legate Lutum will come to they aid while Maximus and his men dig in!

DR Campaign - What that coming over the Hill?
Midure Delthlnor forces had setup camp in Darling wood near some ancient ruins. Most of the forest path was unsuited for a camp part from here where the forest clear a bit.

The Druchii forming watches and getting ready for the night. They could hear movement in the wood... getting large with every min.

From the tower emerges an ancient queen. The living are apparently unwelcome in her castle.. or that what remains of it at least!

The mourngal weakened by the spearmen is banished by the crossbowmen, but not without taking a few more elven souls!
During this time Midure Delthlnor and the zombie dragon struggle to over come each other, until the dragon attempted to set fire to the Druchii exposing a it soft underside and promptly killed (again) by Midure Delthlnor!
With her creatures banished, The Forgotten Queen retreats back into the forest to regain her powers!
The dark elves quickly made a funeral pyre for they fallen comrades and decamp to get back to they ships as soon as possible!

The Dark Elf enclave of Nagronath has become a haven for the race since the near destructions of Naggaroth. Malekith is the new Phoenix King of the now united eleven races has out lawed the Cult of Khaine.
However with the Ulthuan lost to the ocean, Malektih efforts are to reverse this and maintain the Kingdom of Athel Loren. Leaving the cult of khaine to maintain it old ways for now….
Game 2: THE CONVOY
The Attacker needs to escort a small convoy of carts or animals from the borders of his lord’s lands to the main city. En route, an enemy forces lies in wait to ambush them… they really want to get their

The Attacker must move the convoy safely off of the opposite edge of the board. The Defenders must prevent this from happening.
SET-UP
The Attacker deploys in the SW deployment zone and the Defenders deploy in the SE,NW and NE deployment zones. Play this scenario on as large a table as you are able to.

SPECIAL RULES
The Attacking player must add three convoy markers to his retinue; more than one marker may be appointed to each unit. The rules for the convoy markers are as follows:

• The Attacker ignores the following Courage test trigger: ‘Unit becomes your only unit remaining on the table’.

VICTORY CONDITIONS
The Attacker must safely exit the convoy from the NE deployment zone. Each marker removed in this way earns him 2 Glory. The Defender must prevent this by capturing the convoy markers and taking back to they deployment. Each captured marker earns him 2 Glory. Both players gain/lose Glory for Boasts.

As the Dark elves move to assault the caravan, the natives scouts and vanguard spot and engage the elves before they can assault the wagons! With the aid of the forest and bowman the vanguard quickly ambush the attacked themselves and break the trap!

The natives repulse his initial assault and formed up a battle line. This obviously wasn't a regular supply train, the guard easily broke blockade and moved on too they original destination!
Midure Delthlnor may have failed to capture this convey but they had enough loot to return Nagronath with. The great forest of Darling was nearby and the natives seemed to refuse to entry it for any reason....Surely nothing the Druchii could not handle!
